Jane Edgeloe

Jane is studying a Masters of Marine Biology. She is interested in the ecology of temperate seagrass meadows with a strong interest in restoration and conservation. Her masters research project explores genomic diversity and adaptive variation in Posidonia australis meadows across a steep salinity gradient. The findings of this study will provide baseline data on genomic diversity and connectivity that is critical for sourcing plant material needed to develop an assisted recovery program in the World Heritage Site of Shark Bay.

Masters thesis topic: Genomic diversity and adaptive variation in Posidonia meadows
across Shark Bay
